Mandy Roveda grew up watching her grandfather play the bagpipes in various Tattoos, Parades and Mass Band competitions. So when the band began offering bagpipe lessons with her grandfather as the teacher she jumped at the opportunity. Mandy is now a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 66 Pipes and Drums band in which she proudly marches alongside her sister whilst her grandfather looks over them from above.

Whilst in Asia, Mandy was primarily a solo player available for all events: weddings, parties, funerals, Burns suppers, corporate events, festivals etc. In Taiwan she played at the Animal’s Taiwan Charity Ball, UK Day 2012, POW, Remembrance Day and corporate events around the island for companies such as Chanel and Spey Whiskey.

Mandy is now happy to be back on Canadian soil. She is available as a solo piper for hire. Contact her via this website for price quotes and availability.
